Kathy Harrison RMTMassage Therapist

Kathy graduated from Lakehead University with a Bachelor of Sociology, and then moved on to Vancouver where she graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy School, and has been practicing for the past 12 years.
Active living and sport are an integral part of Kathy’s’ philosophy and lifestyle. To keep her busy, she has been playing basketball since age 7, and still is, as well as coaching one of the Transway Basketball club teams. Kathy believes active living, body awareness, and balance are the keys to good health. She strives to promote optimum health through body awareness, education, and knowledge of the balance between mind and body.
As a therapist, Kathy is passionate about seeing positive results from her clients. Focusing on structural/postural alignment, fascial and connective tissue adhesions as well as range of motion and deep tissue massage, all the while understanding that activities of daily living put unwanted stress on the body.

Kathy’s always encouraging open communication by listening and understanding what her client’s goals are; in turn, she is able to assess their needs and choose treatment techniques that are tailored to each individual’s objective and comfort levels. She looks forward to helping you achieve your optimum health.

    See you in the clinic!
